Description
CM22PVF is the compact variable-frequency entry selected from the lower-pressure oil-free family. The source provides three pressure classes: 0.8, 1.0 and 1.25 MPa, each with its own FAD range. It also distinguishes air-cooled and water-cooled weights and dimensions, so pressure class and cooling method must be chosen before a layout comparison makes sense.
CM22PVF Pressure Map
| CM22PVF field | Source entry |
|---|---|
| CM22PVF pressure | 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.25 MPa |
| CM22PVF flow | 1.40-3.50 / 1.25-3.13 / 1.04-2.61 m3/min |
| CM22PVF motor | 22 kW |
| CM22PVF noise | 65 dB(A) |
| CM22PVF mass | 1000 kg air-cooled / 850 kg water-cooled |
| CM22PVF envelope | 1900 x 1000 x 1635 mm air-cooled / 1680 x 1000 x 1335 mm water-cooled |
Flow Range Reading
Read the three FAD ranges in the same order as the three pressure classes. At 0.8 MPa the table shows 1.40-3.50 m3/min; at 1.0 MPa it shows 1.25-3.13; at 1.25 MPa it shows 1.04-2.61. Do not mix a flow range from one pressure class with another pressure requirement.
Cooling Choice
The principal data-reading risk is losing the relationship between pressure and FAD. A spreadsheet that stores only the maximum 3.50 m3/min would hide the lower values associated with the higher pressure classes and could mislead early sizing.
Draft Publication Rule
Cooling choice materially changes the transcribed package data: 1000 kg and 1900 x 1000 x 1635 mm for air-cooled versus 850 kg and 1680 x 1000 x 1335 mm for water-cooled. Confirm utilities and exact option before reserving space.
Control Interface Questions
For a small variable-demand installation, document how pressure is sensed, which plant controller will request or release capacity, and whether the compressor must exchange run status, alarms or permissives with a wider control system. The catalogue row does not define the project control philosophy. Include expected unattended hours, restart policy, remote monitoring needs and any owner-standard instrumentation in the enquiry. These points help separate the basic catalogue configuration from options that may be required at the actual site without turning this page into a commissioning procedure.
Measurement Basis
For purchasing comparison, keep a revision-controlled copy of the selected pressure class, cooling option and measured demand summary with the RFQ. That record helps prevent later quotations from being compared on different assumptions. Ask the supplier to state the reference condition used for quoted flow and to identify any correction that applies to altitude, ambient temperature or inlet condition at the project site. Keep that confirmation with the technical offer so later comparisons use the same basis. A model name and nominal pressure class are not enough to normalize competing proposals.
How are the CM22PVF flow ranges ordered?
They correspond to 0.8, 1.0 and 1.25 MPa in that sequence.
Why are two weights shown?
The source distinguishes air-cooled and water-cooled versions.
What remains unverified for publication?
A model-specific public main image and current commercial configuration are still required.
CM22PVF source limit: The figures above remain catalogue air-compressor evidence for CM22PVF. For CM22PVF, gas-service compatibility beyond air, current inventory, contractual performance and the order configuration must be verified in separate supplier documents.
